COECSA’s organizational management structure is intended to promote coherence of activities that promote skilled and motivated eye health professionals.

  • College Council

    • This is the governing body and is elected by the general assembly. The council has a well-balanced regional representation. COECSA Council comprises 20(14M: 6F) members and is charged with steering the organization strategy and ensuring that the college objectives are attained. The Executive Officer serves an ex-officio member to the council.
